We provide residential and commercial plumbing services including but not limited to:
  • General plumbing maintenance and repairs
  • Blocked drains and pipe clearing
  • Hot water system installation and repair
  • Leak detection and repair
  • Bathroom and kitchen plumbing installations
  • Emergency plumbing services

All services will be provided in a professional and timely manner in accordance with industry standards and Australian plumbing regulations.

3. Quotes and Pricing

  • All quotes provided are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices may vary depending on unforeseen circumstances such as site conditions or additional work required.
  • We will notify you of any changes in pricing before proceeding.
  • A call-out fee may apply to emergency or after-hours services.

4. Booking and Cancellations

  • Bookings can be made via phone, email, or through our website.
  • If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due on completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept payment via cash, credit/debit card, or bank transfer.
  • Overdue payments may attract a late fee of 2% per month.
  • We reserve the right to recover costs incurred in collecting outstanding payments.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

  • We comply with Australian Consumer Law and provide guarantees on workmanship.
  • Manufacturer warranties apply to products and parts supplied by us.
  • Any work found to be defective will be rectified at no additional cost, provided we are notified within the warranty period.

7. Liability

  • We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by events outside our reasonable control.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question, except where otherwise required by law.
  • We are fully licensed and insured.

8. Health and Safety

We are committed to maintaining a safe work environment and complying with all relevant workplace health and safety laws in Australia. Clients are expected to provide a safe and accessible work area.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of QLD, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state.
